WORLD KARATE CHAMPIONSHIP

Ayan Lall of V-A has qualified for World Karate Championship 2011 which will be held at Bangkok (Thailand) from 17^th to 23^rd August, 2011.. Earlier, he has participated four times in National level karate championship and has won two gold , one silver and one bronze medals (overall four medals).

Shraddha Gupta of Prep-D won the First Prize in the All India Camel Colour Contest 2010 (nur-prep group) at the school level.

PAINTING COMPETITION

Tanisha Agrawal of class V-A had participated in State Level Painting  Competition organised by Power Grid held in Kumhari (Durg) and secured the 7th position with cash of Rs. 2000/-

NATIONAL CHILD AWARD FOR EXCEPTIONAL ACHIEVEMENT

Dhananjay Panwar, student of class IV-D, D.P.S. Raipur has been selected for the National Child Award for Exceptional Achievement for the year 2010 for excellence in the field of 'Paintings'. The award will be presented by the Hon'ble President of India at a function in Rashtrapati Bhawan, New Delhi, on 14^th November, 2010. It carries a cash prize of Rs. 10,000/-, a silver medal and a certificate.

Ayonija Pandey stood 1st in Inter School Rangoli Competition conducted by Jain Education Society.

Rubal Panchbai stood 1^st in 'Best out of Waste' competition conducted by Jain Education Society.

BUDDING TALENT

Toppers Educational Society (10^th National Book Fair - 2010) awarded certificate of merit to 'Shubh Nagpal' as he secured 1^st position in Dance Competition.

Shubh Nagpal received the Balshree Award for arts from the Lions Club, Raipur. Shubh was the youngest kid to get this prize.

ISB&M - School of Communication organized a competition on 'Grow Green'. Shubh won the First Prize of Rs. 500/-.

SOLO SONG COMPETITION

Vaishali Chaturvedi of Class III-D won 1^st prize in the Inter School State Level Solo Song Competition.

DRAWING COMPETITION

Aditi Bose of Class V-E participated in Drawing Competition held at Raipur Press Club on 2nd October and won III^rd prize.

C.G. STATE LEVEL SWIMMING COMPETITION

Shruti Manik of Class V won the second prize in 100 & 200 metres freestyle and also won the second prize in 100 metres backstroke in the C.G. State Level Swimming Competition organised by the C.G. Government at Sanjay Toran Pushkar, Bilaspur (C.G.) held from 9^th to 12^th September 2010. She has also won a Silver and a Bronze medal along with a cash prize of Rs. 800/- in  Swimming Competition conducted by C.G. Government at Union Club, Raipur in the 'Chhattisgarh Khel Mahotsav' on 18^th November, 2010.
